Santita burst into Madrid in 2019 and since then has managed to position itself as one of the Mexican restaurants of reference. Its differentiating point: charcoal cooking. The smoke invades the dishes in the establishments of Fuencarral street and Virgen de los Peligros street, giving them a unique and innovative flavor in the recipes of the Mexican country.

It is not just another Mexican restaurant. Its chef, Andrea Eloisa García, brings to Madrid this innovative concept of Mexican cuisine where charcoal is the protagonist. Andrea bets for a traditional Mexican cuisine, but brought to modernity with her own interpretation.

Santita's menu is designed to share and enjoy. An Ibero-Mexican cuisine with top quality products, where seafood dishes are of great importance and make the difference. Among its proposals, we find guacamoles, aguachile, crusts, tacos and its emblematic dish, the machete of Matarife.
