The flavor of this brandy dates back to 1874, when Fundador was born, the first Brandy de Jerez made in Spain. Since that year, they began to produce one of the best brandies in the world. To make top quality brandy requires the best wines, unique oak casks in the world and centuries of experience taking care of the liquid to bring it to its maximum expression.
It is precisely the time that these wines (Oloroso, Amontillado and Pedro Ximénez) spend in contact with the wood of the Sherry Casks that allows us to speak of Fundador Supremo, a brandy with unique nuances.
